COH board is the backbone of the 12th. They are the current form 4 or Form 5 and their functions is to administrate and manages the troop. These are the one who dealing directly with school authorities and the members. They are responsible to organize troop meetings on available Saturdays and other scouts functions.
This year (2011/2012) board consist of:

Treasurer: Ang Chee Hong
Quarter Master: Tan Wei Sheng
Asst. Quarter Master: Sarvin a/l Subramaniam
Den Warden: Kieren Yong
Discipline Officer: Lai Chee Hang
